The SGI-Index (System Growth Index) is a macro risk dashboard that quantifies systemic fragility per country. It combines 10 KPIs into one score from 0-100, based on official data from IMF, BIS and ECB.

How is the SGI score calculated?

The SGI score is calculated from 3 pillars: Financial (45%), Structural (35%) and Social (20%). Each pillar contains multiple KPIs including private debt/GDP, zombie company ratio, credit impulse and institutional trust.
