The information is intended solely for informational and educational purposes. No information on the Platform should be considered as an invitation, offer, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold financial instruments.

2. No Registration as Financial Service Provider

Soldek Capital (trade name of OneNet Holding B.V.) is NOT registered as an investment advisor, investment firm, asset manager, financial service provider, or intermediary with the Dutch Financial Markets Authority (AFM), De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB), or any other (inter)national financial regulator. Soldek Capital does not hold a license under the Dutch Financial Supervision Act (Wft). The SGI-Index is an analytical tool and not an investment product, financial instrument, or financial service.

3. Data Sources and Accuracy

The data on this platform is (partly) sourced from public external sources including the International Monetary Fund (IMF), World Bank, Bank for International Settlements (BIS), European Central Bank (ECB), Eurostat, the Federal Reserve (FRED), national statistics offices, and Statistics Netherlands (CBS). While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee the completeness, correctness, reliability, or timeliness of the data. Data may be delayed, incomplete, outdated, incorrect, or based on estimates. Soldek Capital is not responsible for errors or omissions in external data sources.

4. SGI-Score Methodology

SGI scores are calculated based on a proprietary methodology that combines macroeconomic indicators. The weightings, thresholds, and calculations are subjective and based on economic theory and historical patterns. The SGI score is a relative risk indicator and not an absolute prediction of economic or financial events. The methodology may be changed at any time without prior notice. Historical scores may be recalculated when the methodology is updated.

5. Limitation of Liability

Soldek Capital, its directors, employees, affiliated companies, and related parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages — including but not limited to financial losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, data loss, business damage, reputational damage, or damages of any kind — arising from or related to the use of or reliance on information, data, analyses, scores, or content from the Platform. Use of the SGI-Index is entirely at your own risk. If Soldek Capital is nevertheless held liable, such liability shall be limited to the amount you paid in subscription fees in the preceding twelve (12) months, with an absolute maximum of €5,000.

6. No Warranty

The Platform and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Soldek Capital does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or completely secure.

7. Indemnification

You indemnify and hold harmless Soldek Capital, its directors, employees, and related parties from and against all claims, demands, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal costs) from third parties arising from or related to your use of the Platform, investment decisions made based on the Platform, or breach of the terms and conditions.

8. Independent Advice

We strongly advise you to always seek independent financial, legal, and tax advice from a qualified financial advisor registered with the relevant financial authority, before making investment decisions. You should conduct your own due diligence and not rely solely on the information on this Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, analyses, data presentations, methodologies, algorithms, source code, designs, trademarks, and logos on this platform are the exclusive property of Soldek Capital and are protected by Dutch and international copyright, trade secret law (EU Directive 2016/943), and trademark law. Unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, distribution, reverse engineering, or modification is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal prosecution.

10. Statute of Limitations

All claims against Soldek Capital, of any nature, shall expire if not submitted in writing to Soldek Capital within one (1) year after the claim arose.

11. Governing Law

This disclaimer shall be governed exclusively by Dutch law. The Vienna Sales Convention (CISG) is expressly excluded. Any disputes shall be exclusively submitted to the competent court in the district of Amsterdam, without prejudice to the right of consumers to choose the legally competent court.
